Smoking Policy: Adhering to Mexico's robust anti-tobacco laws since January 2023, our condo complex is a smoke-free environment. This includes all forms of smoking and vaping, not permitted within the condo, on the patio, or around the complex.
Noise Courtesy: Our community values tranquility and family-friendly living. To maintain this atmosphere, parties are not allowed, and consideration for neighbors is highly appreciated.
