This beach house is the perfect getaway for any group or the extended family looking to escape the city, and enjoy all the natural beauty that Sooke has to offer. Modern furniture and comfortable features - all set to have your crew fully relax and enjoy watching nature's playground out your window!

Our master bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, with a deep soaker tub - ready to help you unwind after a full day of exploring this beautiful section of west coast wonderland. It also boasts a gas fireplace, large TV, and patio access - the master room is in itself a getaway from everything!

Our second master bedroom also features a king bed with ocean views, access to a private deck, and a private ensuite bathroom. Four additional bedrooms with Queen size beds, each with a TV, access to Netflix and cable ensuring every member will have whatever show they need at their fingertips during their stay with us.

The best show of all of course is from either of the main living rooms, where you can watch the array local wildlife & birds wake up and start their day - feeding and splashing around.

Cozy up around the large gas fireplaces in either of the living rooms, and enjoy one of the many board games at your fingertips!

Featuring two full kitchens; one up & one down, will have you channelling your inner chef, all while not missing any of natures show as you can look out the many waterfront windows, displaying the back yard & iconic Sooke basin while you cook!

The backyard features a fully grassed flat area for all your backyard game needs, as well as relaxing patio chairs to enjoy the view.

With beach access right from the yard, this piece of oceanfront paradise will leave you feeling connected with nature & refreshed as you take in all the simple joys of life! Don't forget to pack your gumboots so you can fully adventure the beach without limits!

Property and Cancellation Policies :

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation requested with more than 3 months prior to the arrival date:

Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation. If there is a difference of rates with new reservation the renter will be required to pay the difference.
A full refund of the reservation will be offered.

For cancellations requested between 3 to 1 months prior to the arrival date:

You will be refunded with the 50% of the total amount of the reservation, or
Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation. If there is a difference of rates with new reservation the renter well be required to pay the difference.

For cancellations requested less than one month prior the arrival date:

Penalty: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is forfeited.
Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation applying 50% of the value. The difference in rates will be due at the time as the new reservation is confirmed.

Special Policies for Holidays:

Cancellations during peak season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Easter Week, Thanksgiving, July and August Summer Vacation and national holidays such as September 16, February 5, March 21 and May 5) will result in a penalty of the total amount of the reservation, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 3 months prior the arrival
For early check out, there are no refunds.

Our stay was perfect. We had a group of 12 people. There was tons of room for everyone. The rooms are all so spacious, with a gorgeous view! The layout of the house is what we wanted to be able to cook and gather with 12 people. The extra full kitchen as a bonus for food prep. We will be renting this house again for sure!

This stay was amazing. The location is stunning, and likely the best location in all of Sooke. This stay was perfect for our large group, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

The place is exactly as described and that view over the water in the morning when the sun is out - perfection. The whole place is huge and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and it just made living there really comfortable and luxurious at the same time. The location is not the easiest to find but when you’re right by the water, you really can’t complain. Communication with the hosts was super easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to book this place for their next island getaway.

The location could not be more ideal, right on the water, great for kayaking, and beach walks. Lots of things to see, from seals to eagles, from the house porch. We had our 80yr mother with us, the house is fairly accessible with just a few steps up to the house. We really enjoyed our two week stay. Sooke was a great location to explore Vancouver Island. There is guy down the street with that sells amazing pie's a must to check out.
