CANCELLATION POLICY
For any cancellation requested with more than 3 months prior to the arrival date:
- Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation. If there is a difference of rates with new reservation the renter will be required to pay the difference.
- A full refund of the reservation will be offered.
For cancellations requested between 3 to 1 months prior to the arrival date:
- You will be refunded with the 50% of the total amount of the reservation, or
- Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation. If there is a difference of rates with new reservation the renter well be required to pay the difference.
For cancellations requested less than one month prior the arrival date:
- Penalty: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is forfeited.
- Mpc Vacations will give you 12 months to reschedule your reservation applying 50% of the value. The difference in rates will be due at the time as the new reservation is confirmed.
Special Policies for Holidays:
- Cancellations during peak season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Easter Week, Thanksgiving, July and August Summer Vacation and national holidays such as September 16, February 5, March 21 and May 5) will result in a penalty of the total amount of the reservation, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 3 months prior the arrival
- For early check out, there are no refunds.
