Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds Within 30 Days of Check-in
Important: All reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of your scheduled check-in date.
Once your check-in date is within 30 days, your reservation becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures we can provide the highest quality service and maintain availability for all our guests.
Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before Check-in
For cancellations made more than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date:
- Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email
Emergency Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of documented emergencies, we may consider exceptions to our standard policy on a case-by-case basis:
- Medical emergencies (with doctor's documentation)
- Family emergencies (death in immediate family)
- Natural disasters or travel advisories
- Military deployment or reassignment
All emergency exception requests must be submitted with appropriate documentation and are subject to management approval.
Changes to Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees:
- Date Changes: $75 fee plus any rate differences
- Property Changes: Subject to availability and pricing differences
- Guest Count Changes: Must not exceed maximum occupancy
Changes within 30 days of check-in are not permitted under any circumstances.
Property-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to property damage, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refund will be issued immediately
- We will assist in finding comparable alternative accommodations
- Additional compensation may be provided for inconvenience
How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation: Email us at [email protected] with your reservation number and reason for cancellation.
Include the following information in your cancellation request:
- Reservation confirmation number
- Guest name and contact information
- Reason for cancellation
- Preferred refund method (if applicable)
