The space This chic and trendy 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom suite was recently completely renovated and includes a full kitchen with new fridge/freezer, new stove and range, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, complimentary coffee and more. The washroom is new with a tub/shower, toilet, vanity and more.
This suite is fully furnished and a deluxe queen bed awaits you. Rest and relax on the couch while you watch endless entertainment on the Roku Smart TV, ready for your Netflix binging, and free streaming TV shows and movies from the Roku Channel (CBC, etc).
It’s the perfect spot ahead of your early morning flight out of YYJ or early morning ferry, as it’s a 5-minute drive to the airport and BC Ferries and downtown Sidney.
Heading downtown? A quick 20 minutes is all you need with quick access to the Patricia Bay Highway. A bus stop to get to Sidney or downtown is just a 2-minute walk away. You can’t beat that!
Nearby attractions include the popular Panorama Rec Centre just steps away. Breakfast and coffee (or lunch and dinner!) are available just a 5-minute walk away at the local hidden favourite, The Roost Farm Centre with its own winery and bistro.
World-famous Butchart Gardens is just a quick 10-minute drive south, while you are also at the doorstep of the John Dean Provincial Park, home to some of the island’s rare old-growth forest, while local hidden gem Pickle’s Bluff atop Mt. Newton rewards your short hike from the park’s upper parking lot, with a breathtaking view of the pristine Saanich Peninsula.

TAXIS / DROP OFFS
Please tell taxis and pick up/drop-offs to pull into the bottom of the driveway and not stop on the road out of respectful consideration for our neighbours, as this suite is situated in a very quiet residential area.
No pets allowed, thank you.

The room was very clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a car, but having a bus stop just a short walk away made getting around very easy. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay in North Vancouver. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
I enjoyed my stay. It was a spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciated the little extras, like coffee, paper towels and tissues. I was informed ahead of time about some construction at the house, and so I wasn't surprised by it. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again.
Very clean. Good communication. Very comfortable. Located in a quiet residential area with a recreation centre around the corner and access to a provincial park just up the road. I did have a car so location wasn’t an issue. Would stay again.
Clean and quiet place. 5-10 min drive from Sydney and 5 min from Mt Newton. You can book without a doubt.

Fantastic place , exactly as advertised. In a beautiful part of the Saanich Peninsula, easy access to the Pat Bay Hwy to zip into Sidney or Victoria. Let me tell you about the bed! I would say the most comfortable bed of any Airbnb we have stayed at. I would highly recommend staying here if you can.
This was a great place to stay for our visit. It was clean, functional and beautiful. The area was amazing and right next to the community center which was great too! My only wish is that the bedroom had blackout curtains, but it was nice to see sunshine in February!
This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a quiet area, not too far from Sidney and the airport, although I rarely heard the planes, and Victoria isn't too far away. If you're like me and relying on public transportation, there are bus stops about a 6-7 minute walk away that will take you to either place. The space itself is exactly as shown in the photos but was bigger than I thought it would be. The hosts were responsive on the occasions I contacted them. I definitely recommend staying with Rob&Jen!
