Villas in San José del Cabo

San José del Cabo is the peninsula's soul: a historic plaza, the Thursday-night Art Walk, farm-to-table dinners under the trees, and mornings that start slow. Stay here for calm, culture, and food.

These homes put you minutes from the gallery district and the estuary — with your own pool waiting when the afternoon heat says siesta.

    Good to know

Is San José del Cabo better for families?

Generally yes — it's quieter than Cabo San Lucas, with a walkable historic centre, gentler evenings, and easy access to the swimmable coves along the corridor. Couples who prefer galleries to nightclubs love it too.

    What is the Art Walk?

Every Thursday evening from November through June, the Gallery District closes to cars: galleries open late, artists appear beside their work, and dinner starts whenever you're ready. It's the best free evening in Los Cabos.

How close are these villas to the beach?

Most homes are a short drive from Palmilla and the corridor's swimmable coves. The long town beach is beautiful for walking and riding; for swimming, our guests head to Palmilla, Chileno, or Santa María.
