This house is located along the coveted and desirable Tanner Ridge area of historic Central Saanich, with tree-lined streets throughout providing fresh air and privacy during your stay. It’s 10 minutes by car from must-see Butchart Gardens and 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, with quick access to the Patricia Bay highway.
You’ll have access to the entire upper floor, which is a spacious 1600 square feet! The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, with private ensuite. The second bedroom has another King size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, ready for the kids! There’s also a double futon in the living room which sleeps two. This relaxing home is ready to host your entire family up to 8 people.
Love to cook? You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen for all your culinary adventures, including a fridge with freezer, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, stocked coffeemaker and more. You won’t want to leave as you’ll definitely feel right at home in our humble abode.
For entertaining, you’ll have a large flat screen television in the living room with cable, while the master bedroom has its own private TV as well. Stay in for the night with a movie, make some popcorn and get cozy on the oversized couch, with seating for the entire family.
The house is powered by Telus Optik TV and Internet. There’s included fast Wi-Fi for all your internet needs, so the kids will always be entertained on their devices too!

What a lovely place to stay, on a quiet street but only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and not far from everything we wanted to see. Our family of six had enough space to relax, play pool, and cook tasty meals when we wanted a quiet evening. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Halcyon house! The kitchen was so well stocked, lots of space for our group of 5 . The area was chill with Butchardt, mini golf, wineries, the Butterfly Gardens nearby we could stay busy without going into the city everyday. Would definitely stay again!
Great place just like the pictures. Quiet and couldn’t hear the guests on the level below us. Lots of space to sit with a large family if needed. Would love to see it in the summer and use the outside patio space.
The place was clean and neat. The amenities are great, especially the pool table. The kitchen has all that is needed to cook and serve meal for 6 to 8 people. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a leisure holiday with family and friends.
We traveled together as a family - 7 of us. It was our first trip to Victoria, and we needed a large enough space to accommodate us and give us the flexibility to choose how we would have meals together. Staying in this beautiful property with so much great space and having a feeling of being at home made our trip both enjoyable and affordable. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants all the comforts of home when on a vacation. It was the perfect place for our family.
This was a great find. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds/bedrooms, loads of crisp white towels. We enjoyed having spacious common areas for gathering, which meant we could all gather in the same room, or spread out when we wanted. The pool table was a great hit!! Got lots of use. The three bedrooms are tucked away on the quiet side of the house, so we all had peaceful sleeps. We leave with really good memories of having stayed here!
There was 5 of us staying at Rob and Jen’s place. The 5th person was a last minute add on and they had no issues making sure everything was able to accommodate all of us. I was able to easily contact them with very quick responses. The house was very clean bedding and towels were provided which was important because we came from Ontario. We would definitely stay here again if travelling to Vancouver Island again.
