Luxe Family Villa

Luxury single story home in gated community w/housekeeping Mon-Sat. Take included 4 seater golf cart to shopping, dining & grocery with swimmable beach down the street. Home has 6 oversized en suite bedrooms, kids room w/bunk beds & toys, dedicated TV room, office, chef's kitchen & grand great room w/dining for 14. Outdoor patio with a bar, TV, Sonos, Lynx grill, dining & lounge areas. Heated pool w/seating area & fire pit. WIFI & whole house water filtration. Access to 5* Palmilla Dunes Club. The space The villa was completed in 2021 as a holiday home for large family gatherings. When you walk through the front door you are welcomed by a zen cobblestone courtyard. Around the courtyard are fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a walkway where you’ll find the entrance to 4 bedrooms and a junior suite. Each oversized bedroom has a walk-in closet, en suite marble bath and individual climate control. The kids room has a tub (Crib available upon request). The laundry room and garage are also accessible through this walkway. The laundry room has a sink, GE washer and dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The garage has beach supplies and trash/recycling bins. Daily housekeeping included Mon - Sat (excluding Mexican Holidays).

At the back of the courtyard is a large marble wall with a window looking into the dedicated office. The office is complete with 2 desks, wireless printer, expansive workspace and seating area. Plug into the internet directly or use high speed WIFI which is available throughout the villa. The office can be closed off with two large pocket doors that lock with keypad/key fob access.

Across from the office is the media room with the same large pocket doors that can be closed. The media room has an 85” Smart TV for streaming with a Sonos surround sound system. Beyond these rooms you enter into the grand great room with 14 ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, dining for 14 and large marble island with seating for 4.

The great room and kitchen both have sliders that open onto the covered patio with views of the beautiful desert mountains and the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen opens to the BBQ area that has its own sink, fridge and 42” Lynx grill. The living room opens to an outdoor lounge area with couches, coffee table and outdoor bar with sink, fridge, ice maker, and a 75” Smart TV for streaming. The outdoor dining area is in between the BBQ and outdoor lounge with seating for 10. Beyond the covered patio is a heated pool, fire pit and lounge chairs. Relax with the mountain and ocean views or listen to music on the outdoor Sonos sound system.

Inside, the chef’s kitchen is equipped with GE Monogram appliances. A 6 burner range w/griddle, microwave, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. There is a separate fridge and freezer for all your group's needs. If you don’t feel like cooking, a private chef will feel at home. Around the corner from the kitchen is a pantry where you’ll find the water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender. All other pots, pans and kitchenware are in the kitchen drawers. There are plates and glasses for 18, each hand made and hand painted by local Mexican artisans from Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. A whole house water filtration system allows for potable water throughout the home.

To one side of the great room, in its own separate hallway, is the master bedroom. It too has a keypad/key fob door for extra security. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings with access to a separate patio with seating and views over the desert canyon. The master bathroom is finished in Calacatta marble with his and her sinks, vanity and walk in shower. Through the bathroom is a walk-in closet.

A 4 seater golf cart will be included with the home. Separate waiver to be signed at checkin. You can take the gas powered golf cart down to the shops, restaurants and grocery store located at the entrance to the community.

Additionally, the home includes access to the Palmilla Dunes Club for up to 6 guests at a time (additional guests require prior approval by the Club). The Dunes Club is a brand new 5 star club offering 2 pools, cabanas, loungers, hot tub, kids swim area & playground, sports bar, restaurant, state of the art gym & fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, tennis, paddle and pickle ball courts. The Dunes Club is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride from the villa. Registration and credit card is required for Dunes Club access prior to arrival. All guests at the Palmilla Dunes Club must adhere to club rules and code of conduct - respect and courtesy are expected toward the facilities, staff and other club guests at all time - Drug use, pets and outside food and beverage (besides water) are prohibited at the club. Violation will result in access refusal and/or fines by the club. Guest access Homeowner’s belongings are stored in the one and only subterranean room. There are stairs leading down to this room with a locked door. We ask that you do not access this room during your stay. The stairs are just beyond the kids room as you walk toward the great room. Stairs have a gate for safety, Homeowner cars are also kept in the garage, we ask that you be respectful of their belongings.

Included in your rental is access to the 5 Star Palmilla Dunes Club for up to 6 guests at a time (additional guests require prior approval). The Dunes Club is a brand new club offering 2 pools, cabanas, loungers, hot tub, kids swim area and playground, restaurant, sports bar, gym & fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, tennis, paddle and pickle ball courts. The Dunes Club reserves the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the following code of conduct: respect and courtesy expected toward the facilities, staff and other club guests at all time. Drug use, pets and outside food / beverage (besides water) prohibited. Other things to note For chef and butler services we work with several vendors and can put you in touch. Same goes for additional golf cart rentals. Golf tee times can be booked directly with Palmilla Golf. Grocery's can be delivered from California Ranch Market located in Palmilla. The Palmilla Shoppes - with a cafe, juice bar, dining and boutique stores, is only just outside the security gate to the community (a 15 minute walk or 3 min drive).

Nightly rate changes based on number of guests.

Security deposit of $5000 USD will be charged after booking to cover cost of potential damages. Upon checkout we will refund the deposit less any damages. Security deposit must be paid at time of booking.
