Beautiful location, nice apartment, wonderful views.
This is a new listing, and I have a feeling that this place is just getting the kinks worked out. We had a FANTASTIC stay, because of the location, view, and access to almost 360 degrees of water right in front of the house. Beautiful light, lots of room, easy place for 4 adults, dogs also allowed, which is a huge plus. In that sense, worth the cost (though we paid shoulder season rates and I would have been pickier at higher rates). What's missing: --No clear check-in/-out instructions, re garbage recyc etc. Had to ask for Wi-Fi code. Sent message asking if I could move two chairs from front porch (wasn't sure if they belonged to downstairs renters); never got reply. --Balcony/porch lacking--one old lounge, no other chairs. Given that the top asset is the porch/water view, proper patio furniture needed. Also dirty, front and back porch. --One eating spoon (??) and other kitch items missing. --Cleaners barged in half hour early. --Beds super soft/squeaky; some will like, some not.
Beautiful place with ocean views on both sides of the house. Stunning sunsets and peaceful mornings with breathtaking 180-degree views.
