Villa Guadalupe

Villa Guadalupe is a brand-new, 15,000-square-foot modern estate in Pedregal, the gated hillside community known as the Hollywood Hills of Cabo San Lucas. With 14 bedrooms, 15.5 bathrooms, and space for 20 guests, it is one of the largest luxury vacation rentals in Los Cabos — built for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations that deserve a real address.

The villa spreads across four levels. The penthouse entertainment floor holds an open living room, dining for twelve, and a chef's kitchen with an island that seats seven. A dedicated wellness level adds a private gym, a massage room, and a sauna. Downstairs, the entertainment spaces run from air hockey to fire-pit lounges, while the infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi look out over the marina and the lights of downtown Cabo.

Every bedroom is a suite: seven King rooms with private baths and patios, and seven Queen rooms including four with double Queens — 20 beds in all. Guests also get Pedregal's private beach, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and two community restaurants, all behind 24-hour gated security — yet downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, and the town's best restaurants are within walking distance.

A dedicated hospitality team handles concierge service, chef, butler and bartender arrangements, event planning, excursions, and transportation, so groups can settle in and let the trip run itself.
