    Are the pools private or shared?

    Every villa in this collection has its own private pool for your group only. A few condo-style homes also offer access to community pools in addition to great terraces — each listing states exactly what's private.

    Are the pools heated?

    Some pools are heated or heatable in winter months, sometimes for an additional fuel fee. Check the villa's amenities or ask our concierge — Cabo pools are generally comfortable from late spring through autumn without heating.

    Are villa pools safe for young children?

    Pools are unfenced unless a listing says otherwise. Tell us the ages when you book — for toddlers we'll point you to homes with shallow shelves, gates available, or layouts with sightlines to the water.
